Why Arastradero?

We kept seeing the same pattern: teams buy “AI” tools, run a pilot, and day-to-day work doesn’t actually get easier. People are still copy-pasting between systems, hunting down data, and struggling with the same problems they’ve been stuck on for years.

That seemed crazy to us, so we dug deeper and found the same story in recent work from McKinsey and MIT: roughly 95% of AI pilots never make it to production, so they don’t produce measurable value. And when AI does deliver, it’s because the workflows were personalized and integrated—not because someone added an agent or bought another tool.

So what were the options? On one side, tacky “automation agencies” promising shortcuts. On the other, slow, expensive Big Four programs (think KPMG, MicKinsey etc.). There was no gold-standard, trusted operator in the middle for serious firms that don’t want to spend exorbitant money or time, but also don’t want a random shop with no track record.

So we asked a basic question: what if someone took responsibility for the messy middle—the place where tools meet the way people really work?

That’s the genesis. No grand theory. Just a desire to make work move cleaner and faster in the real world.

AI in business has moved far beyond querying an LLM to write a tidier email. If yours hasn’t, you’re behind – and the gap is widening. Put yourself on the right side of it.
